Stacey Guenther is a coach and consultant focusing on well-being, positive lifestyle, and living fully and whole-ly. She is a Duke University-trained Integrative Health Coach, teaches meditation and mindfulness at George Mason University, and holds a master's degree in organization development. She works with individuals and groups to build awareness around well-being and to help people to make healthy, sustainable choices that will support their long-term goals and values. She currently has her own company, The Well Journey, and previously, was director of educational programs for the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being (formerly the Center for Consciousness and Transformation) at George Mason University. She is a native of Northern Virginia.
